We’re growing our agency and looking for a motivated sales representative who can confidently serve customers in both English and Spanish.
This role is for someone who enjoys meeting people, initiating conversations, following up, and earning business. You’ll help individuals and families understand their insurance options while building relationships within our local communities.
English and Spanish fluency is required
. Applicants must be able to conduct customer conversations and explain insurance options in both languages.
What you’ll do
- Contact prospective customers by phone, text, and email.
- Identify insurance needs and prepare personalized quotes.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and ask for the sale.
- Help customers with auto, home, renters, and life insurance.
- Maintain accurate records and scheduled follow-up tasks.
- Meet daily activity expectations and monthly production goals.
- Work with our service team to provide a smooth customer experience.
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- A dependable, punctual professional who follows through.
- Comfort making outbound calls and starting conversations.
- Persistence, coachability, and a desire to improve.
- Organization and the ability to manage multiple prospects.
- Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is not required.
- Ability to obtain required Washington insurance licenses before performing licensed duties.
